Our specialist team is headed by Janine Sargoni, Sarah Green and supported by our Consultant Brian Cox.
We act for individuals and small business but not large organisations or developers.
We will help you prepare your Planning Application and represent you at Planning Appeal hearings (including Public Inquiries). Our team is involved in many planning appeals each year with significant success.
In addition to acting for the ordinary house holder we act for Romany Gypsies in seeking planning permission to enable them to live on land which they have purchased.
If you need specialist advice in respect of any planning matter or if you have received an Enforcement Notice or Planning Contravention Notice then we can help you, but remember there are strict time limits in Planning Law and it can be fatal to delay in seeking advice.
We also very skilled in representing those who wish to challenge Planning Inspectors Decisions in the High Court and also if an Injunction is sought through the Courts. Again time limits are short so urgent help is essential.
We have available to us, if required, specialist and experienced Planning Counsel, Planning Consultants, Highway advisors and other specialists e.g. Flood Assessment consultants.
Limited legal aid is available to those on low income.
