Our specialist Mental Health Solicitor is Faye Reynolds. Faye has been accredited by the Law Society as a Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel Member for the past four years. She has successfully provided advice to and represented many patients who have been detained under the Mental Health Act.
Faye provides representation for patients and, when necessary also for patients nearest relatives prior to and at both Mental Health Review Tribunals and Managers Hearings.
Faye also deals with post discharge care, which includes assisting clients to ensure the most appropriate services are provided to clients upon discharge from hospital. This can include advising upon community care options for clients. Faye can liaise with the Doctors and Social Workers to assist in ensuring that the clients needs and views are fully considered when any decision is made.
